WHO ARE WE?
Fox Adventure was founded in 2023 in Akureyri as a new iteration of the long-standing company BJTravel, offering day tours, private tours and shore-tours from Akureyri and Lake Mývatn with a small group guarantee for all scheduled departures.
The company’s founders are brothers Baldur and Guðvarður Jónsson, whose passion is traveling Iceland on their motorcycles. During one of their journeys together, the endless landscapes, freedom and gratitude for the beauty and peace of their country awakened their dream of starting their own small family business. Their goal was to share the beauty of Iceland with their guests.
Having resources, knowledge, and great friends who are experienced and valued guides in Iceland, they decided to create a team whose goal is to organize trips tailored to individual needs and expectations, ensuring safety and the highest standard of service provided.
